Let Your Smile Peek Through!

Try to smile with your head down. You will notice your facial muscles getting strained. It is impossible for our front facial muscles to perform at their best when our back and neck muscles are too stretched to support the head weight, or when we keep too much tension there. Besides, forcing yourself to smile with your head down is not fun at all! In contrast, you can break into a smile with your head up effortlessly, as you can work with your facial muscles a lot easier. First, maintainyour head in the lightest position against gravity, then relax your facial, back, and neck muscles at the same time. This enables your head to carry the unwanted weight. That is the secret to let your smile shine through. In other words, keeping your smile untangles knots in our whole body. This is correlated with improving our health. With many cases, the emotional stress is synchronised with the physical stress. Even if your life gives you lemons, you can be relieved just by loosening up your physical tightness. ”I smile not because I found something is worth smiling at, but I laugh because it adds to my smile.” How do we do that? Good posture will make us smile easily.
